We are a fee-only fiduciary firm.  This means we’re paid only by you, not by commissions or product sales, so our advice is always focused on your best interests.

comprehensive wealth management

Our Wealth Management service includes both Financial Planning and Investment Management. Through investment management, we help add value for clients in the following ways:

  • Construct Diversified Asset Allocated Portfolios (what to invest in) aligned with your risk appetite and choose the appropriate investments for your portfolio.
  • Asset Location (where to put those investments)  putting those investments in the right types of accounts (taxable, tax-deferred and tax-exempt accounts) to achieve greater tax efficiency.
  • Rebalancing — Over time, your investments can drift from your original plan. We regularly monitor and adjust your portfolio, so you stay on track.
  • Tax-Efficient Investing using strategies that reduce unnecessary taxes.
  • Tax-Loss Harvesting - We look for opportunities to help offset taxes on your gains, which can improve your after-tax returns.
  • Coaching  It can be difficult to stay the course as markets swing, like selling in a panic or chasing trends, we're by your side with guidance and perspective.

The annual advisory fee is paid quarterly in arrears based on the value of a client’s account(s) as of the last day of the billing period.

The advisory fee is a blended tier. For example, for assets under management of $2,000,000, a Client would pay 0.95% on the first $1,000,000 and 0.80% on the remaining balance.

Ongoing Financial Planning

Some clients prefer to work with us for Financial Planning Advice only, taking responsibility themselves for implementation and ongoing management of their investment strategy.

When providing Financial Planning advice, we work with you to:

  • Understand your life goals, financial circumstances, and needs
  • Collaborate to identify and prioritize goals that support what matters most
  • Analyze your current course of action and whether alternative strategies could help achieve your goals more effectively
  • Present clear, actionable recommendations with the rationale explained so your understand the “why” behind each suggestion.
  • Implement your financial plan — supporting you as you make progress on your plan priorities
  • Monitor and track progress, adjusting the plan as life and goals evolve.

ongoing financial planning Pricing

There are two fees for ongoing financial planning process. These fees are determined based on the specific needs and complexity of your situation such as:

  • Single or Couples
  • Salaried (W-2) or Business owner or self-employed
  • Equity such as Restricted Stock or Options

Initial Plan Construction fee

The initial fee is up to $10,000 — based on the complexity of your situation. This covers gathering of information and construction of your comprehensive financial plan.

Ongoing Financial Planning fee (Monthly)

After the initial plan construction, we charge a recurring fixed fee to support your ongoing financial planning needs. Fees range from $350 to $700, and are paid at the end of each month.
